I've had to move my family seven times in the last sixteen years, mostly corporate relocations, but a few moves on our own to find better schools, etc. We recently decided to buy in Evergreen, and I asked a well-connected friend who lives there for a recommendation. He went through his network and came back with a connection to Carrie Hurich. We're a month away from closing on our dream home, and we couldn't have done it without Carrie's help.

Having moved so often, my wife and I know within five minutes if a realtor is "right" for us. Some are pushy. Some talk so much you can't get a feel for the house. Some just email every listing that shows up in the county without filtering for what you've talked about as important.

Carrie listens, stays totally engaged, is super responsive and WORKS for her clients. We don't live in Evergreen, and so we had to make three trips to the area to search for our home. Carrie cleared her schedule and spent hours looking at houses. She finally suggested a house that wasn't even on the market based on her local knowledge, and then she was able to get us into the house to see it. Turned out to be our dream home.

Carrie demonstrated impeccable ethics, total client focus, patience with the whiplash of changing priorities and a sense of relaxed humor that kept our teenagers in stitches.

We used Matt to buy our new home AND to sell our previous house. I already posted a (5-star) review on the purchase, and I'm happy to report that Matt is just as great when it comes to selling. Matt went through our home and told us what needed improving, and what could be left alone. He gave us a comprehensive analysis of the market and was always cheerfully available when we had questions or concerns. He sold our home for full asking price days before it was set to go on the market! The transaction was as stress-free as possible. Matt (along with other members of Tupper's Team) was in steady contact with us throughout the inspection, resolution and closing phases.  We highly recommend Matt Bachus and Tupper's Team!

We were so very pleased with Jennifer Trinco and Tupper's Team. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Evergreen area, you really cannot go wrong working with Jennifer. We worked with her to sell our home, and she knew all the required service providers, specialized needs for mountain homes, and was just utterly professional and efficient. An 11-1/2 hour time difference is the perfect ingredient for miscommunication, but this never happened thanks to Jennifer's regular and thorough updates. She managed communication with us, our tenant, the property management company, and the buyers with seeming ease. She handled all inspection items in a timely manner, she made sure that things were done in a way that was right but without unnecessary cost to us, and it just went so smoothly! We are grateful for her attention and care and diligence. And we would work with her again in a heartbeat.

Peg Schroeder was awesome! Our home sold in Texas in 10 days and we had one long weekend to find our new home in Evergreen. Peg scheduled every home that we had researched on the Internet and gave us pros and cons of each neighborhood. We went back to Texas and successfully negotiated our move to  Colorado.

Dana was so wonderful to work with!  Nice, professional and worked very hard to make sure everything went smoothly at closing.  She kept in close communication and kept us up to date throughout the process.  I like the scheduling program her office uses.  It's easy to tell what's done and what  needs to be done.  Highly recommend.

This girl’s not a quitter!

A Huge THANK YOU to Alice Carmody for successfully closing possibly the most difficult transaction in Tupper’s Team history.  Buying a bank owned property was much more of a nightmare than any of us could have foreseen.  In spite of the multiple obsticles that arose, her expertise with CO law and attention to every detail kept our purchase moving forward.  This was such an emotional roller coaster, that a month into the process we asked if she wanted to give up and move on.  Her response was “ It’s a challenge, we’re going to get you this house”. This girl’s not a quitter! She was proactive as we approached deadlines and maintained constant communication with all the involved parties.  Even with all the set backs, (and absurd demands from the seller) she remained positive and steadfast that we would cross the finish line. While we knew she was working with other clients, she made us feel we were her top priority and was always available for any task. 

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Alice, she is by far the best real estate professional we have ever worked with.  We highly recommend Alice and Tupper’s Team to find you exactly what you’re looking for within any budget. 

We Love our new home and without Alice we wouldn’t be living our dream!   We also consider her to be more than our realtor, but our first friend in Evergreen.

Carrie was beyond phenomenal.  I was a first time home buyer and Carrie was excited to help me find my first home!  After several months of not finding anything, we re-focused and I found my now home 1 day later!  Carrie's expertise in the market and knowledge of the entire process was impressive  to me, and at no time did I ever feel alone or in over my head.  Carrie's referrals for a mortgage broker and inspection company were wonderful and extremely helpful throughout the process.  Above all, Carrie was amazing at negotiating on my behalf in order for me to get a great deal!  If I ever want to sell or buy again, I am calling Carrie!

I wish we could clone Jennifer Trinco!  She is the most responsive and professional real estate agent we have ever worked with. We were selling a property from another state, and we had many issues arise over the course of the sale.  She has an excellent knowledge of the community in Evergreen and she always knew how to guide us through every problem.  She took extra care to make sure that we felt heard and that we found a fair resolution for each issue - and there were many.  We would highly recommend her.
