The program is simple, we will buy your home for 95% of appraised value.*
*Seller to pay normal closing costs, including 6% brokerage fee. Seller pays for appraisal and survey. Tupper's Team reserves the right whether to accept the property into this program. Properties accepted into this program must be listed by Tupper's Team for three months before the Guarantee Sale is exercised. This is an optional program.
